How We Build Tools and Guides

Every tool on this site is built and checked against real hardware — a range of controllers, mice, and monitors — before it's published. Guides are written from that same hands-on testing, not compiled secondhand from other websites. Where a guide references how a tool works, it's describing the actual tool on this site, not a generic explanation.

No Sponsored Placement

GamepadTools does not accept payment, free products, or any other consideration in exchange for recommending a specific hardware brand, ranking one controller or mouse above another, or influencing how a tool reports results. Testing outcomes are not for sale.

Advertising

We may show display ads (for example, through Google AdSense) to keep every tool free to use with no accounts and no paywalls. Ad placements are visually separated from tool and guide content and have no influence over test results, tool behavior, or editorial recommendations.

Affiliate Disclosure

GamepadTools does not currently use affiliate links. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated first, and any affiliate link will be clearly marked as such at the point it appears.

Corrections

If you find a factual error, an outdated browser compatibility note, or a tool behaving differently than described, email contact@gamepadtools.com. We investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.
